From Source to Reuse: A Closed-Loop System
Every system begins with detailed source water analysis, whether borehole, surface, or municipal, to define optimal base water quality. When required, pre-treatment and Reverse Osmosis stabilize water by removing particles, chlorine, salts, and contaminants, preventing crop stress and protecting irrigation infrastructure.
Treated water is stored in clean buffer tanks to ensure reliable availability and consistent quality before entering advanced fertigation systems, where nutrients are precisely dosed based on crop requirements and growth stages.
Water is then distributed through precision irrigation systems, providing uniform coverage and full control. Excess irrigation water is safely collected in closed, hygienic systems to prevent contamination and contain pathogens such as fungi, bacteria, and viruses.
Collected water is treated using Ultrafiltration (UF) or UV disinfection systems, selected based on water quality, required capacity, and project budget, before being safely reintroduced into the system. This closed-loop approach reduces fresh water dependency, lowers fertilizer consumption, and supports a more sustainable and controlled operation.
